Thank you for shopping with Lolli & Co! We are honored to create and ship products that bring a little extra joy to your day. Every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped with care.


Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the type of item ordered.

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Ships within 2–5 business days.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

  • Ships within 5–10 business days.

Personalized & Custom Orders

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipment.

During holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship through trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx (when applicable)

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

From time to time, Lolli & Co may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping on qualifying orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping label has been created.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship every order promptly, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Lolli & Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volume
  • Carrier delays
  • Labor disruptions
  • Events beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Lolli & Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet shipped.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check around your property.
  • Check with neighbors or household members.
  • Contact your local post office or shipping carrier.

If your package cannot be located, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Lolli & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Supplier location
  • Production timelines
  • Shipping method

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


International Shipping

At this time, Lolli & Co ships within the United States only.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to claim the package
  • Refused delivery

the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
