Whether you're purchasing boutique apparel, planners, budget binders, custom gifts, or handcrafted accessories, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, and we're here to help if something isn't right.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible, non-personalized items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, when possible.
  • Be free from stains, odors, makeup, smoke, pet hair, or damage.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of many of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Custom apparel
  • Printed planners
  • Budget binders assembled to order
  • Planner inserts made to order
  • Savings challenges
  • Cash envelopes
  • Opened or used beadable pen kits
  • Personalized or custom beadable pens
  • Handmade jewelry
  • Planner charms
  • Bag charms
  • Car charms
  • Bracelets
  • Necklaces
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance and Final Sale items

Boutique Clothing Returns

Boutique clothing may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • Original tags remain attached.
  • The item has not been worn or washed.
  • The item is free of smoke, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, stains, or other signs of wear.

For health and hygiene reasons, certain accessories and wearable items may not be eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)

Once your claim has been reviewed, we'll gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If your item qualifies for a return, a refund will be issued once your return has been received and inspected. You may then place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Order Cancellations

Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

Once production has started, custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, we'll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Lolli & Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders refused by the customer or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may be subject to additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
